great stay, but room size could be improved
The double superior room on the top floor had an excellent full glass wall, providing fine city views. The bed was comfortable, great for a restful night's sleep without any back pain.

Great spot in the heart of Tokyo!
The breakfast was a hit for my wife, but I was disappointed with the vegan options. Check-in was smooth and the reception staff were friendly. Just wish the shower setup was a bit more Western-friendly.

close to parks and vibrant shopping for weekend explorers
I loved how the hotel was just a short walk away from Hibiya Park and the exciting Ginza shopping district. The staff were also friendly and the quiet atmosphere made my evenings very peaceful after busy days out in the city. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the spacious room that offered plenty of room to unwind without feeling cramped, but the bathroom could use better lighting for applying makeup.

Great location with helpful staff
I stayed for three nights in a Moderate Small Double Room and loved the hotel's prime location near shopping and dining options, with a 7-Eleven downstairs for late-night snacks. The staff were helpful, and the room was clean, though a bit small for two people. I especially appreciated the touch of daily towel replacement while maintaining privacy by not requesting full housekeeping.
